Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch within 2-3 business days. 

Once dispatched, delivery should take between 2-5 business days to arrive. 

All orders will be sent tracked 48h, unless you want special delivery this will be tracked 24hr.

If your order is tracked a reference number will be sent in an email when the order is dispatched.

All mail is sent via Royal Mail.

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout, so you will know how much postage will be.

If you have any problems with postage e.g your parcel has been lost please email us at winifredmoon.designs@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate as quick as possible.

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by weather, busy periods or strikes.
